Cancellation policy Refund Policy There will be no pre-registration fee reimbursement. Until May 1st (included): 50% of the total price will be reimbursed. From May 2nd there will be no registration fee reimbursement. Exceptions may apply: In case of injury or force majeure before the beginning of the program, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (both cases have to be sufficiently proven). In case of injury or force majeure during the camp, the compensation amount will be $30 per day of the remaining days of the camp (both cases have to be sufficiently proven).
